Crafter – $100 for 10’x10’ or $150 for 10’ x 20’
All items must be handmade by the seller. You live and operate in Lincoln County or a county that borders Lincoln. These are limited to Cleveland, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Iredell, Catawba, and Burke Counties.
Non-Profit Food Vendor – $100 for 10’x10’ or $150 for 10’ x 20’
Your group is a registered non-profit organization charted in Lincoln County. Non-Profits can sell food, promotional items, and handmade items for fundraising purposes only.
Food Truck / For Profit Food Vendors $150 for a 10’x10’ or $300 for 10’x 20’
$100 for every extra 10x10 (past 20ft) As a for profit vendor we request that you have a donation jar for a local charity of your choice. The charity must be based in Lincoln county.
Non-Profit- $100 for 10x10
Non-Profits cannot sell anything. Giveaways and Games are permitted!
Kids Orchard – $75 for 10x10 or $125 for 10x20
If you are a nonprofit or organization that is kids oriented and you wish to have a booth in the Kid’s Orchard. You must provide a simple game or activity that appeals to children under 12. Each child must receive a prize of some kind. The chargeable limit for activities in the Kid’s Orchard is $8.
Farmer’s Market – $25 for every 10x10
Homegrown fruits and vegetables, jams and jellies, home baked breads. You will be listed on our website under Farmers Market. If you wish to have more than four 10x10 spaces, you will need to get approval. Email Nikki at firstname.lastname@example.org
Downtown Merchant – No charge for a 10x10 only
If you operate a downtown establishment within the festival’s footprint (plus one block north and one block south) and wish to sell your own store merchandise from a street booth. You will be placed as close to your storefront as we can accommodate. For additional space see the sponsor sheet for information.
Special Events Selling or Not Selling
Your display or activity is entertaining or educational. The fee is at the Board’s discretion depending on the type of activity, whether the activity is commercial, and whether the activity has been invited by the Board as a special attraction.
