When is the Apple Festival?
The Lincoln County Apple Festival is always on the 3rd Saturday in September covering seven blocks of Main Street and around the Court Square. The hours are 9 – 4. We do not cancel for rain.
What are the sponsorship levels?
The Lincoln County Apple Festival appreciates its sponsors and strives to offer maximum exposure via a broad range of media. Details are here.
Do we have to man a booth on the street?
It’s your choice when you commit to a sponsorship of $500 or more.
I'd like to have a booth. What do I need to know?
Street booths are 10×20 and 10×10 depending on what size you need. Sponsors that choose to erect a booth are considered vendors and are subject to the rules of all other vendors. All vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, signage, and garbage receptacle.
My display requires electricity. May I pay extra to have electrical power and water?
We cannot supply electricity or water. You are welcome to bring a low noise fuel generator or battery power.
Do you need my corporate logo?
Golden Delicious and Red Delicious sponsor packages include logos. For advertising, signage, etc. we need a high-resolution logo in color as soon as possible, and no later than mid-July for maximum exposure. Send it to our email address, LCAppleFestival1972@gmail.com.
Will I receive more information prior to the Festival?
All street vendors and participants will receive a comprehensive packet of information by mail that will include setup details, access passes,maps, etc. Packets will go out in early August with plenty of time to answer any questions you may have.
