When is the Apple Festival?
The Lincoln County Apple Festival is always on the 3rd Saturday in September covering seven blocks of Main Street and around the Court Square. The hours are 9 – 4. We do not cancel for rain.
Do we have to man a booth on the street?
Of course not. It’s your choice.
I'd like to have a booth. What do I need to know?
Street booths are 10×20 and 10×10 depending on what size you need. Sponsors that choose to erect a booth are considered vendors and are subject to the rules of all other vendors. All vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, signage, and garbage receptacle. Electricity and water are not available.
My display requires electricity. May I pay extra to have electrical power and water?
Sorry, but no. You are welcome to bring a low noise fuel generator, or battery power. Water is not available.
Do you need my corporate logo?
Golden Delicious and Red Delicious sponsor packages include logos. For advertising, signage, etc. we need a high-resolution logo in color as soon as possible, and no later than mid-July for maximum exposure. Send it to our email address, LCAppleFestival1972@gmail.com.
Will I receive more information prior to the Festival?
All street vendors and participants will receive a comprehensive packet of information by mail that will include setup details, access passes, etc. Packets will go out in early August with plenty of time to answer any questions you may have.
