Apple Bacon Wraps – 2015 Youth 8-12 – 3rd Place Winner

Apple Bacon Wraps

1 can of Pillsbury Honey biscuits
2 Granny Smith apples
Brown sugar
Bacon
Flour
Butter
Toothpicks

Sprinkle flour on a cutting board. Roll out biscuit making a disc. Brush both sides with butter.
Slice apples to desired thickness. Roll in brown sugar.

Assemble: put apples on disc, roll up, wrap bacon around the biscuit, place a toothpick in it to hold together. Tip: soak toothpicks in water so they don’t burn.

Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes or desired browning.
